Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Great spot for ice cream in the middle of no where. A small is a large in most other places locally. Known for their portions and price point as well as their pop up flavors. Great specials and Sundays. If you are driving by it's worth the stop."
"This is the best creemee stand in all of New England! The soft serve is so rich and creamy and not overpowering with sugar. All locally made! The maple creemee is to die for. The sizes and prices are also insane! Their smallest size, a jr. Is the size of a small at most places and it’s only $2. Don’t even think about getting a medium or large unless you skipped dinner and went straight to dessert! The large has to be a full quart of ice cream. In the picture I believe I got a baby which is smaller than a small but bigger than a jr. You can go with a few people and get 4-5 ice creams for ~$15, where else can you do that in this economy. Place is really neat and has all kinds of hand made crafts and stuff inside. They also have local fresh fruit depending on the time of year and fresh pies, ice cream pies and ice cream sandwiches to go. If you are staying anywhere in the northern end of lake Champlain you better stop at Devyn’s for a creemee!"
"I tried the peanut butter explosion with pb choc. Creemee, it was delicious. I also have been getting the P.B. Sundae with extra pb sauce, delicious. The customer service is great overall."
"Didn’t have the flavor we were looking for, but promised to order it just to please her customers. Plus, she fills her cones bigger and better than most, pleasant service and delicious ice cream! 5 ⭐’s!"
"The ice cream here is very good. We got a Maple milkshake, mini banana split, and a loaded banana split."
"Devyns is a well known creemee stand amongst the locals. You get the bang for your buck when it comes to portion sizes, and the ice cream is average. I ordered the homemade ice cream sandwich. For 7 dollars, it was absolutely massive. Would recommend, although the line to place an order is usually long."
"Our favorite creemee stand! We drive 40 mins (past many other stands) to get to it and it is well worth the time. Love their flavors and the creemee consistency is perfect every time!"
"Amazing ice cream. In the middle of nowhere, but people kept lining up, which shows its a popular place, and rightly so. One of the most creamy, rich and flavorful ice cream I've had. It was worth the hour long drive from Burlington."
